Select One Questions

This type of question means that the quiz user can only choose one answer. The question title should also normally indicate a phrase along the lines of "Choose One" to let the user know that it is a Select One Question. Make sure to scroll through all options and refer to the Handling Long Questions section below for further instructions. Once the user clicks on an answer, the quiz will automatically move on to the next question.

Select Multiple Questions

This type of question means that the quiz user can select multiple answers. The question title should also indicate a phrase along the lines of "Select All That Apply" to let the user know that it is a Select Multiple Question. Make sure to scroll through all options and refer to the Handling Long Questions section below for further instructions, and select each answer provided that seems along the lines of your personal answers. The quiz will not automatically move to the next question when the user clicks on one answer, as the user will have the option to choose additional answers. The user will also be able to deselect an answer should they have accidentally clicked onto it. Once the user is satisfied that all the answer options that they want to select have been chosen, they can scroll to the very bottom of the quiz screen and click on the "Next" button, which is also conveniently located right below the very final answer. Please note that the user must choose at least one answer from the choices in order to click on the "Next" button. Once clicked, the quiz will automatically move on to the next question.

Yes-No Questions

This type of question typically has only two answer choices that the user could choose. It would be either a "True" or "False" question, a "Yes" or "No" question, or a variation of that like "Yes" or "Not Really". Essentially, the user has to decide which end of the spectrum he or she is leaning towards given the question asked. For example, a question like "Do you like apples?" would have result choices of "Yes" or "No," and the user would have to select only one. This type of question for the Project Management Tool Quiz is mainly used to ask whether or not users would prefer to have a particular type of feature in their suggested project management tool.

Handling Long Questions

For questions that seem long and have a vast list of answers, be sure to scroll within the quiz to make sure that you see all options presented to you to select. This is because the quiz screen itself might only be able to display 5 out of our 8 intended answer choices, and requires the user to scroll within the quiz results.
